Technical Monitoring Program
The Technical Monitoring Program (TMP) is an effective management tool used to regularly monitor, evaluate, and confirm the performance of ammonia plants. Typically conducted three to four times per year, the TMP provides valuable performance trending data that supports short- and long-term maintenance planning, including Turnaround scheduling.
The NH3Process team can develop and implement a customized TMP for your ammonia plant, which includes the preparation and submission of quarterly performance reports to the plant team.
Each report may include:
- Comparison and trending of plant operating data
- Identification of significant deviations from normal operation
- Assessment of overall plant performance and energy efficiency
- Process-specific reports on major units
- Highlighting of process issues, with proposed solutions
- Development of historical performance records
- Recommendations for modifications, upgrades, or equipment replacements
