Feasibility Studies

NH3Process provides design and flowsheet development for both new grassroots and existing ammonia plants by conducting Pre-Feasibility and Feasibility Studies. These studies assist plant owners in selecting the optimal process design and configuration before progressing to the Basic Engineering Design (BED) and Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) stages.

Our team collaborates closely with clients, contractors, and licensors—starting from the concept phase, through feasibility evaluation, and continuing through to plant commissioning. This ensures a seamless transition across all project phases with a focus on technical integrity, economic viability, and long-term operability.

As part of the feasibility scope, NH3Process can also carry out a Base Case Study, which includes an on-site review of current plant performance. Conducted over approximately two months, this study highlights major process limitations and provides targeted improvement recommendations, forming a solid foundation for upgrade or revamp planning.
